Dr. LoVerme has extensive experience with ultrasonic-assisted liposuction using the “internal” method. The fat is liquefied prior to removal, leaving more smooth and natural results than he can obtain with traditional or tumescent liposuction. The patient often recovers more quickly and with less bruising. We also often recommend ARNICA, an herbal remedy, to decrease bruising.

For the protruding stomach or loose skin that can result from aging, weakened muscles, childbearing and previous surgeries, the tummy tuck can improve the contour of the body considerably. This procedure is more aggressive than liposuction; therefore, the recovery time is longer. However, the results are just as satisfying.
